چکیده
We aimed to summarize the effectiveness and changing trends of reconstruction for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) posterior (PCL) injuries using all-inside arthroscope technique. Between May 2013 2019, 29 patients with ACL PCL ligaments rupture were included. All male, a mean age 25.2±2.9 years. The follow-up period was 2.4±0.7 years (Range, 2-4 years). Reconstruction surgery performed by autologous hamstring tendon arthroscopy drawer test, Lachman Pivot-shift stress IKDC score, Lysholm Tenger score analyzed clinically. At last follow-up, symptoms improved significantly, test normal 1 degree in 96.6%, 89.7%, pivot shift 93.1%, 93.3%, stability significant(P<0.05). IKDC-2000 standard near 96.6%. subjective scores results at significantly when compared those before operation ( P<0.05). function evaluation first six months most obviously better, especially third month. All-inside technique is an effective procedure injuries, (especially month) after key successful recovery. However, there still significant improvement later stage rehabilitation.

Arthroscopy after anterior cruciate reconstruction with the Leeds-Keio ligament.
The healing of anterior cruciate ligaments reconstructed with the Leeds-Keio artificial ligament was observed by arthroscopy in 42 knees and biopsy in 19 knees at intervals from 3 to 24 months after implantation. By three months the implant was covered with immature new tissue, and a dense vascular network crossed its surface. At 12 months a new ligament had developed and matured, looking like ...
متن کاملArteriovenous Fistula after Anatomic All-Inside Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction
We present the first case of an arteriovenous fistula after an all-inside anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. A seventeen-year-old boy had an uneventful ACL reconstruction. Four weeks after surgery, the patient was seen with a pulsating swelling at the lateral distal upper leg. Vascular consultation led to the diagnosis of pseudoaneurysm and arteriovenous fistula of the lateral sup...

متن کاملThe Crossing Internal Suture Augmentation Technique to Protect the All-Inside Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Graft
The crossing internal suture augmentation technique is an all-inside technique of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with augmentation of the hamstring tendon autograft with a braided ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyester-polyethylene suture tape resting on the adjustable cortical buttons on both the femoral and tibial sides. The internal suture augmentation acts as a backbone supporting ...
متن کاملAll-epiphyseal, all-inside anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction technique for skeletally immature patients.
Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are an increasingly recognized problem in the juvenile population. Unfortunately, outcomes with conservative treatment are extremely poor. Adult reconstruction techniques are inappropriate to treat skeletally immature patients because of the risk of physeal complications, including limb-length discrepancy and angular deformities. "Physeal-sparing" recon...
